1. What products does FLERO WEAR sell?

We currently offer premium drop shoulder t-shirts and signature perfumes, all carefully selected and styled for modern, street-inspired fashion.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for all orders.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • Remote areas: 3–7 working days
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

4. How much is the shipping fee?

We charge a flat rate of PKR 250 for shipping.
Free shipping is available on orders over PKR 3,000.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Instagram DM if you need to make changes.

6. What sizes are available for t-shirts?

Our drop shoulder shirts are available in Medium (M), Large (L), and Extra Large (XL).
Size guides are available on each product page for your convenience.

7. Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. We plan to expand soon!

8. What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Defective or damaged product
    You must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
